I really enjoyed the owners, Ridda and Amoorah, who not only roast their own nuts and pop the corn, but it is Ridda who prepares the caramel corn, which was so fresh-and I'm afraid my hips will never forget it. I also enjoyed talking with them about subjects ranging far beyond 'peanuts.' They are Muslims who have extensive knowledge and are involved in the community and provided me with a lot of information, background and history -in Memphis which has a large (huge) population-but years ago had only a miniscule amount.
